The original housing stock consists of detached and semi-detached split level houses and bungalows.The bungalows are highly sought after by builders who are tearing them down and replacing them with large custom designed homes. There are also typical subdivision style detached and semi-detached houses with the garage out front. Entry level townhomes are also part of the housing mix.
